1800 Sq.Ft. Operation Building

Concord, CA

Peters Engineering provided Mechanical and Electrical engineering for the new 1800 square foot operations building for construction on the renovated pier structure. The project included coordination with off-shore utilities of water, sewer, and fire service to make connections from beneath the pier structure protected for high water and floating debris. The HVAC system was designed for simplicity and to suit the periodic use of the operations building for the twice-annual pier use.
Interfaced with off-shore utilities to coordinate power for the building service and the crane equipment on the pier. Fire alarm interfaced with mass notification was also a feature of this project.
