MECHANICAL AND PLUMBING SYSTEM DESIGN

The mechanical and plumbing systems were designed to meet the latest HCAI 3 code requirements. The mechanical systems consist of large, packaged, rooftop DX cooling, Hot Water Heating Constant Air Volume units with CAV boxes and direct Digital Controls (DDC). Hot water plant and pipe distribution consist of a boiler plant with redundant boiler and pump design. Plumbing design included sanitary waste & vent, domestic cold & hot water and piping.
