NEW SCHOOL DESIGN

Roseville, CA

The new school will eventually have approximately 2000 students and up to 7 buildings. The current phase I project includes two three-story classroom buildings, a two-wing administration building and a full-size gymnasium with three indoor courts, locker rooms, food café, and dining areas and support spaces.

The HVAC systems include rooftop packaged Variable Air Volume (VAV) units, VAV boxes with reheat and high-efficiency boilers. Plumbing design included sanitary sewer, vent, natural gas and special waste for the science and kitchen areas.

Noteworthy: ENR California, has awarded the West Park High School Phase 1, with the Award of Merit for this year’s Best Project Design Awards in the K12 Education category.
