Design-build lighting project with Garrahan Electric to renovate the existing parking and mixed-use structure.  We presented various options to provide verifiable energy efficient controls to the existing parking lot areas and lighting to promote interest in the building.

We provided color-changing LED floodlighting that offers movement and color theming for adjacent park events as well as events happening in the calendar year.
