Peters Engineering studied and evaluated existing conditions to document required building modifications required for the remodel of existing administration office space to serve as new out-patient clinic spaces, with multiple exam rooms, waiting area, conference rooms, etc. Peters also prepared construction documents for the HVAC, plumbing and electrical work and included the evaluation of existing fire alarm. Peters also provided construction support.
