This is the first of three buildings to be built for this Learning Center this 24,500 sf building consists of Instructional Space, Public Space, .Administrative Space, and Exterior Spaces including a deck area. The HVAC system consists of Rooftop Packaged Air Conditioning units. The hot water system consists of a roof mounted packaged boiler room with all controls and pumps.
