The project involved the replacement of the existing Yazaki Chiller & Boiler equipment with new equipment as well as the assessment of current mechanical system loads, operations and efficiency and the assessment of current electrical service capacity and required modifications.

We also developed recommendations for equipment replacement strategy including equipment reliability and life cycle cost analysis.
