TENANT IMPROVEMENT

We  provided complete mechanical consulting and engineering for the project which involved a tenant improvement in an existing building of approximately 20,000 square feet.  The HVAC system utilized water source heat pumps connected to the existing piping loop and plumbing systems.  The building was used as one of Citybank’s corporate offices.
