We provided mechanical and electrical engineering including HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, and fire alarm from project’s early development through completion of successful construction.

The three-story building is a complex with 56 senior living residential units and resident commons area including laundry, lounge, kitchen, multi-purpose room, computer center, parlor, and reading nook. 8,000 sq.ft. of first floor designed as warm shell with HVAC units in place for future retail tenants.
