KITCHEN AND RESTAURANT DESIGN

More than 100 restaurants and kitchens in three states.

MODESTO COOK/CHILL FACILITY:

District central kitchen preparing all the hot meal for the district, their fast freezing and packaging for distribution to the campuses for warm-up. We provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical engineering services.

LACKLAND AIR FORCE BASE:

Total remodel of the main kitchen for living quarters.  Provides for 70,000 troops/day serving 210,000 meals/day.  We provided HVAC and plumbing engineering services.

RADISSON HOTEL BALLROOM/KITCHEN PROJECT:

Total remodel of kitchen facility serving all banquet and conference room meals at the Radisson Hotel, Sacramento.  We provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical engineering services.

LARGE MICROPROCESSOR MANUFACTURER FM5, FM7, DP2, SC12, C8 AND RV1:

New 28,000 square foot kitchen-dining facility at each of these six buildings. (Folsom, CA [FM}; DuPont, WA [DP]; Santa Clara, CA [SC]; Chandler, AZ [C] and Riverton, UT [RV]. Provides 4000-5000employee meals/day. We provided HVAC and plumbing engineering services.

YOUNTVILLE VETERANS HOME MAIN KITCHEN:

Total remodel of the main kitchen facility serving both in dining room meals and meals for on-site delivery. We provided HVAC, plumbing, and electrical engineering services.
