BUILDING REMODEL INTO MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURING PLANT

Peters Engineering provided complete mechanical and electrical consulting and engineering for the project which remodeled approximately 60% of the building mechanical and plumbing systems. The building is used as a lab with manufacturers devices used in the healthcare business. The scope of service included investigation of existing HVAC systems and capacities, evaluation and recommendations for the best solutions, meeting with the owner, the preparation of construction documents and construction support. The scope of work included modification to HVAC, electrical systems, lighting design and plumbing systems.
