Design for new HVAC systems for the Public Safety Complex to include high-efficiency rooftop packaged units, ductwork, exhaust systems, and controls.

Design for new plumbing systems included low-flow plumbing fixtures with Water Sense labels to meet LEED requirements. Plumbing design included emergency fixtures and waste, vent and domestic water piping systems.

The building was certified LEED Platinum and received the 2021 Public Works Award for excellence for projects $5 Million less than $25 Million.
